Deuteronomy 6:21-23

²¹ then you are to say to your son, “We were slaves of Pharaoh in Egypt, but the Lord brought us out of Egypt with a strong hand. ²² Right before our eyes the Lord gave great, devastating signs and wonders in Egypt against Pharaoh and against his whole household. ²³ Then he brought us out of there to bring us in and give us the land that he promised to our fathers with an oath.”
